The Loading Screen
When you open The Everything Hub, it needs to collect data like music and artist art from your SD card so that you can listen to your music anywhere
This is opened after you sign in.
Once the app has finished loading, the dashboard is kicked off. From here you can click on any item in the list of cards and go to that branch.
Customize your dashboard how you want it by modifying the settings in the 'Home' group.
The Music Branch
This branch of The Everything Hub is out of beta. Rock out to your favorite songs over and over again. The background is what the app looks like once you've imported some music.
With the pro unlock, you can change the title of the author right in the app! Just open the properties dialog from the now playing activity.
The Everything Hub Online
The website for The Everything Hub is connected to the mobile app tied to your account. The website houses our Youth branch and Personal Presentation Assistant, which make presenting to an audience fun and convinient. The website also allows you to see app statistics and view posts from our developers in the dev blog.
The Presentation Assistant
While the name 'Presentation Assistant' is generic, our product is top-notch. Introduced in early 2019 and still in development, there are currently two areas where the presentation is being used. Subscribers to the Personal Presentation and youth profiles all have access to this feature.
Let's discuss the youth branch's PA.
- Unlimited team members for youth profiles, all of which have their own presentation backups.
- Animated backgrounds and elegant formatting
- Any staff member or admin can controll or manage any aspect of the presentation anywhere there's a connection.
- All presentations backup as you go, so restoring on another device brings the last saved presentation on the current device or browser.
Open your computer and locate your mp3 files that you want to load into The Everything Hub. (If you don't have a computer, using an app on your phone to download music works too.)
If you downloaded music from an app onto your phone, setup is complete! Just reload the app.
Ensure your phone is connected to your computer and open a new file explorer window. The best place to copy your music to is on the 'Card' directory of your phone.
Step 3 (Optional)
Create a new folder on your phone's internal (Phone) or external (Card) storage and call it 'Music'. This ensures that when you want to remove the music, you can find and delete it much easier.
Select your mp3 files in the other file explorer window. You can do one of two things. Drag and drop them into your 'Music' folder, or right click and click 'Copy' and right click in the empty space in the 'Music' folder and select the option to 'Paste' them into the folder.
Final Step (5)
Awesome! You can safely have around 450 songs loaded into the app at a time. The last step is to close the app and re-open it so it can load the new music.
